Transportation

At Ruby & Jack’s, we know that pet parents are very busy.  And we know that it can be a hassle to travel with a pet in Manhattan, occasionally making it difficult to bring dogs and cats in for services personally.  That’s why we offer Transportation. Convenience and peace of mind will be yours when you let us scoop up and whisk your pet to and from Ruby & Jack’s. Transportation is available seven days a week within our service area, from 42nd to 79th Streets and from 5th Avenue to the FDR Drive.

When Lucky needs day care or Mr. Scruffles needs grooming while you need to work, we’re happy to transport your pet either by foot or car.  Just leave keys with us or with your doorman, along with authorization to enter your apartment, and we’ll be there within our two-hour pick-up/drop-off window.  Our chaperones follow rigorous safety procedures whether on foot or behind the wheel, and they are all pre-screened, trained and bonded animal lovers.

Ruby & Jack’s offers monthly packages that make it affordable enough to use Transportation every day!  Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee service.
