I've been using Ruby & Jack's dog walking services for about two years now and could not be more pleased with them. Their walkers are great, the entire team and Stephen the owner are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Always accommodating! Noah loves his walkers so so much! Special shout out to Benny, Adam, Jonathan, Keon and Wendell- thank you guys for always being so nice and patient with Noah.

I've been bringing my dog Pixie to Ruby and Jacks to be groomed since I adopted her two years ago. Kent always does a great job with her groom. People often stop me in the street to compliment her and ask where I take her. I would highly recommend him!

Jack and Ruby's has been caring for our kitty since he was 4 months old. Now he's 4 years old, and he truly loves the sitters who come to visit and feed him when we go away. They always leave the apt clean, they follow all feeding and grooming instructions and leave cute notes about their interactions with him. It's good to know our precious pet is in good hands when we travel away from home. I trust them completely and recommend them highly.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Ruby and Jack's in terms of doggy daycare and grooming and are sad to be moving away from them. Our now 6 year old cocker spaniel attended daycare almost daily for 2 years along with the occasional grooming. The staff were always friendly with us and sweet and gentle with our dog. During busy times they were efficient and considerate. The owner Stephen is very organized and was a big help when we needed some flexibility. Our dog loved all of the staff at daycare and was always happy to walk through the front door each morning. We always felt comfortable leaving him for the day and knew he was always comfortable as well. Additionally, the daycare hours (7am-845pm) are phenomenal and made life very easy for our weird work schedules. Pricing is also reasonable for the expensive UES area. We definitely recommend Ruby and Jack's for anyone looking for daycare or grooming options.

Ruby & Jack's became highly recommended to me. I got a dog from a shelter recently, and a friend told me about them. I used to go a groomer near my home in Queens, but recently moved to the Upper East Side. I love my new neighborhood, and Ruby & Jack's seems like a good place. I called them and then stopped in to ask questions about the cost of grooming and how their groomer is. They are super friendly and know what they are talking about. Once I'm ready for a groom, I'll take my baby to them.

I can't say enough nice things about Ruby and Jack's. I had previously been taking my pup to an alliterative competitor who charged the same prices for tiny play rooms, no outdoor area and no webcam. Ruby and Jack's has everything that place was missing plus friendly staff and much better hours. My only complaint is they don't have a West side location or transport option as I'm moving soon. I'll still bring my girl in, even if we have to cross Central Park to do so!

I have been taking my dog Brady here since it opened. The Dog Care staff of great young kids truly just love dogs and are lovely people. and the center is very clean. I have friends that bring their dog from the Westside because Ruby and Jacks is just that good.

We've been taking our pup to Ruby and Jacks since he was old enough to go! He goes 5 days a week and we are so happy with his care. We also have our dog groomed here, boarded here, and they also have "transpetation" which is SO amazing when I haven't been able to go pick him up because the baby fell asleep or other reasons. I recommend this place to EVERYONE and absolutely trust them 100% with my dog's care. You can't go wrong by choosing Ruby and Jacks.
